Students need to be signed in to their Brown Zoom account for the Breakout Room pre-assignment to work brown. When you're done monitoring a breakout room, return to the main meeting session by clicking the Leave Room button at the bottom-right corner of the Zoom window. To delete a breakout room, hover the room name in the left panel and click the trash bin icon. If you have already pre-assigned participants to breakouts rooms, you can edit the assignments before you start the meeting. If a participant is in their pre-assigned breakout room and they leave the meeting and rejoin, they won't rejoin their pre-assigned breakout room. Note : You can also manage breakout rooms during the meeting. Before starting this process, we recommend that you have a list of your students' email addresses.
